1500! Toddler Cup Giveaway!

HEY HEY!  We just hit 1500 page views!  How cool is that?  WOHOO!

(I missed the 1000 mark... just forgot all about it, but 1500 is just as cool, don't you think?)

Anyway, to celebrate, we will be giving away a cool Joey Original ceramic "Toddler Cup", which of course has many uses, we just happen to like them for Charlotte.  It's also work well as a bathroom or night cup, or as a tumbler for a mixed drink, or as a penny jar- the options are endless!  To be entered, leave a comment and tell me either what you'd like to use it for in your home, or how you frugally approach toddler tableware in your home.

We've pretty much lost all our sippy cups, so we reserve them for car use only, and have replaced them with these nifty little ceramic cups that are both small enough for little hands, and sturdy enough not to break when dropped.  Or if they do break, it's into manageable large chunks and not tiny slivers of glass.  Plus, Joey's gotten pretty good at finding the right center of gravity for these little guys, so it's much easier for Charlotte to put back down on the table without knocking it over.  But of course, you probably don't have a ceramicist in your basement like we do!  So what are your unique and thrifty ideas? (If you don't have toddlers, just tell me what you'd like to use this little cup for in your own house.) I'll use a random number generator to pick the winner on Saturday, October 15th, and if you win, we'll let you pick the colors you'd like your own personal cup to be, and ship it out with plenty of time for Thanksgiving.

Good Luck!

I would use the tumbler in the kitchen for juice for me...one day for my future child!

  5. Oh my goodness, that cup is just precious! I think it would be fresh and jaunty filled with herbs from the garden and set on the breakfast table.

(The Dog, on the other hand, thinks it would serve well to measure out treats for one's most faithful friend.)

Congrats on reaching this milestone, the first of many, no doubt.

Of Course, I would use it for Colette. She's just starting to get good at sipping out of cups! :)

  7. I love you guys! Let's see...what could I not do with that cup?! The Lord has blessed us with several godchildren and I'm always in need of cups, plates and basic child "accoutrements" when they come to visit. I would love to have a Joey original that is perfectly crafted for the kiddos' smaller hands to put their toothbrushes, crayons, or other smaller items in when they are over.

  10. Holly (and the dog) you would be surprised how many pieces of my work my dogs use. If I remember I'll post a picture of their food and water bowls.

For everyone else, if you don't end up winning, I happily take commissions. In fact, as an added incentive, anyone who peruses our blog enough to see this post I will give an additional 10% off commission price if you use the discount code: "Saint Roch" when you order.
